Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3-5 business days
  • Standard Shipping (Other Cities): 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Major cities only)

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under PKR 3,000: PKR 300 flat rate
  • Orders PKR 3,000 - PKR 5,000: PKR 500 flat rate
  • Orders PKR 5,000+: FREE SHIPPING

Packaging & Handling
All kitchen accessories are carefully packaged in secure, protective materials. Fragile items such as glass cookware, ceramic dishes, and utensils receive extra care during packaging to prevent damage during transit. We use bubble wrap, foam, and sturdy boxes to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Coverage (Pakistan)

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 3-5 business days
  • Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar: 5-7 business days
  • Remote and Northern Areas: 7-10 business days

Payment & Delivery Options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available throughout Pakistan
  • Online payment methods accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer
  • Advance payment may be required for some delivery areas

Tracking
All orders include tracking information sent via email. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time using the provided tracking number.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are processed same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed next business day
  • Weekends and public holidays: Orders processed on next business day

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the stated timeframe:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos (if damaged)
  2. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost
  3. No return shipping required for damaged items
  4. For lost packages, we will file a claim with the courier and provide replacement or refund

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship outside Pakistan at this time
  • Some fragile items may have restricted delivery to certain remote areas
  • Large/bulky items may have additional shipping charges

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible and the return policy applies
  • Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement

Customs & Duties
No customs duties apply for domestic shipping within Pakistan. All applicable taxes are included in the price.
